I ordered tickets but did not receive a confirmation email. What do I do?

I am trying to order and pay for my tickets, but I am having trouble entering my payment information. What do I do?

Confirmation emails are sent once your transaction is complete. Ticket processing may take up to an hour. If you don’t see your email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you use spam blocking or require sender approval, the email may not have been delivered. 

 

The confirmation will come from Bergen Wine & Food Experience (marketing@wainscotmedia.com) with the subject line: "Here are your Bergen Wine & Food Experience Tickets—Thank you for your ticket purchase!" and will look like the the sample below.

Yes, tickets will be available at the door for $85. Purchase online before September 10, 2026 and save $10!

You will not receive a physical ticket. Your email confirmation serves as your ticket. For quick and easy entry, you can either print the confirmation or display it on your mobile device. If you're unable to present your confirmation, don’t worry—we’ll have a list of all ticket purchasers at check-in.
